Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers with, or places a wager on the bat88 platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the bat88 platform.

• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other incentive values applied to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus Deposit amount) must be staked before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules governing the play of each individual game available on the Platform, published within the respective game interface or in the bat88 Help section.
• "Taka" or "৳" means the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), the official currency in which bat88 transacts with Players.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bat88 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bat88 Platform.

These Terms apply to all services provided by bat88, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, virtual games, arcade games, and any promotional or loyalty programmes. Eligibility

Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using online betting and gaming services is permitted under the laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction. bat88 does not warrant or represent that accessing the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction outside its primary operating territory.

3.3 Capacity to Contract

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, that you are not acting on behalf of another person, and that you are not a professional player or employee of any entity affiliated with bat88 in circumstances that would create a conflict of interest.

3.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account with bat88:

• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the bat88 Platform or any other gambling platform through a self-exclusion programme.
• Persons diagnosed with or receiving treatment for a gambling addiction.
• Employees, contractors, agents, or officers of bat88 or its affiliated companies.
• Immediate family members of bat88 employees where a conflict of interest exists.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To use the bat88 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Registration is free and constitutes a single Account per individual.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the bat88 Platform at any time. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — including through the use of different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, bat88 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, confiscate bonus winnings, and retain any amounts obtained through attempted abuse.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bat88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to verify Player identity and age. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

Any losses arising from unauthorised Account access due to your failure to maintain credential security are your responsibility. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Currency

All transactions on the bat88 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bat88 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bat88 accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bat88 is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and your Account verification status. Current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

5.4 Deposit Processing

Deposits via mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your bat88 Account within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may require additional processing time depending on the banking institution involved. bat88 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.5 Prohibited Funding Sources

You must not deposit funds derived from any illegal activity. All deposited funds must belong to you personally; depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. bat88 may request evidence of the source of funds at any time as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be requested by Players who have successfully completed Account verification (KYC) to the satisfaction of bat88. Pending KYC verification, withdrawals will be held until the verification process is complete.

6.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. bat88 does not permit withdrawal to a third-party account, a payment method not previously used for deposit, or a method in a name other than the registered Account holder's name.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. Requests may be batched where the Platform determines this to be operationally appropriate.

6.4 Processing Times

bat88 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of receipt. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket mobile wallets are typically completed within 2 to 10 minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times are guidelines only and may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

6.5 Withdrawal Review

bat88 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, bat88 will notify the Player and may request additional documentation before a decision is made.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

bat88 offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion and may include minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before they become eligible for withdrawal. Where a Bonus is credited alongside a deposit, the wagering requirement may apply to the combined Deposit plus Bonus amount. Wagering contributions vary by game type; slots may contribute 100% while live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage. 7.3 Bonus Abuse

bat88 takes bonus integrity seriously. The following actions constitute bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension:

• Registering multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once.
• Colluding with other Players to fulfil wagering requirements artificially.
• Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to lock in bonus value with minimal risk.
• Using Bonus Funds to place bets that do not contribute to genuine gameplay.

7.4 Promotion Modifications

bat88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as specifically stated in the promotion terms. bat88 reserves the right to decline or withdraw a promotional offer to any individual Player at its sole discretion.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the bat88 Platform are final once confirmed by the system. It is the Player's responsibility to verify the accuracy of any bet before confirming it. bat88 will not void a bet on the grounds of Player error where the bet has been accepted by the system and no technical fault exists on the part of bat88.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply to all betting markets and games on the bat88 Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may differ by market, event, or game type. bat88 reserves the right to impose individual Player stake limits at its sole discretion.

8.3 Void Bets and Cancelled Events

Where a sporting event or market is cancelled, postponed beyond a reasonable period, or otherwise rendered void, bets placed on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account. bat88's ruling on void events is final subject to the formal complaints procedure.

8.4 Cricket and Sports Betting

bat88 offers betting markets on cricket including BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Test matches, and One Day Internationals featuring the Bangladesh Tigers and other international teams, as well as other sports markets. All cricket and sports betting is subject to the applicable Game Rules published on the Platform. In-play markets are subject to suspension without notice during live events.

8.5 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on the bat88 Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) provided and audited by the respective game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are displayed within the game information panel. bat88 does not control game outcomes, which are determined entirely by the provider's RNG systems.

8.6 Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or technical failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, bat88 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return stakes to Players. bat88 will not honour winnings resulting from a system error, and accepts no liability for losses resulting from a technical failure beyond its reasonable control.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bat88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that corrupts the integrity of sporting events.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process proceeds of illegal activities.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening bat88 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion or account closure restrictions by registering a new Account.
• Conducting transactions on behalf of a third party or operating a network of accounts for commercial gain.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bat88 Platform — including but not limited to the bat88 brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, data, game interfaces, and audiovisual elements — is the proprietary property of bat88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the Platform without prior written consent from bat88.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on bat88 content or branding.
• Use bat88 trademarks or branding in any context that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

bat88 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability of the Platform; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. bat88 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bat88 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, and loss of opportunity.

11.3 Cap on Liability

In all cases where bat88's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, bat88's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Third-Party Services

bat88 is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or policies of third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and banking institutions) or third-party game studios. Any issues arising from the services of those third parties should be addressed directly with them.

Privacy & Data

bat88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the bat88 Privacy Policy.

bat88 uses personal data to provide and improve the Platform, to process financial transactions, to verify identity and age, to comply with legal obligations, and to communicate with Players regarding their Accounts and promotions. bat88 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Termination & Account Closure

15.1 Closure by the Player

Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled and any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

15.2 Closure by bat88

bat88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms.

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Legitimate real-money balances will be returned in accordance with bat88's standard withdrawal procedures following completion of any outstanding verification. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
